Statement of Faith

I believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.

I believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—eternally existent in three persons, sovereign over all creation and deeply involved in the lives of His people.

I believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary; fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, was crucified, died, and was buried.  On the third day, He rose from the dead, securing victory over sin and death, and ascended into heaven where He reigns as Lord.

I believe that man was created in the image of God and the sin of Adam (the first man) marred that image, creating an eternal divide between God and man. 

I believe that all people are lost and sinful and that salvation is received only by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. It is not earned by works but is a gift made possible through Christ’s sacrificial death and resurrection.

I believe the Holy Spirit dwells within believers, empowering, guiding, and comforting them.

I believe in the Church, the body of Christ, composed of all believers across the world. We are called to love God, love others, make disciples, and live out the Gospel in word and deed.

I believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved unto the resurrection of life, and the lost unto eternal punishment. 

I believe that Jesus will return in glory to judge the living and the dead, and to establish His Kingdom fully and eternally. Those who belong to Him will dwell in His presence forever.

I believe in the power of prayer and worship, through which we encounter God, are transformed, and grow in intimacy with Him.

I believe in living a life that reflects the love, mercy, and holiness of God, pursuing justice, showing compassion, and seeking peace—all through the strength and grace He provides.
